• transport, building, food have to do with environmental impact like waste and co2 emissions. 
• food print can measure the surface area needed to produce the resources we produce in daily life and to absorb the waste generated by these resources.
• if by 2050 we continue producing and consuming  the way we are producing and consuming we will need twice the earth surface to absorb the waste and co2 produced.
• even if there's are products to waste less energy or have less waste this has only increased the consumers.
• people need to make sure that whatever they label needs to be understandable to the consumer that's why European eco label is so important
• the eco label provides guarantee of sustainability to the environment

activity

 sustainability is the capacity  to continue with existence. I think a way in which we could apply sustainable consumption to our lives is recycling.  This can help because this is a way to reduce waste. Also companies can find ways in which they could pollute the air less so the environment is less affected. other things that everybody could do are buying things that are eco friendly, trying to use less plastic bags and more paper or cloth bags. 

another way of apllying it is by having a wise use of resources. we should not use so much fule or at least not for everything. sometimes people think fule is the only soution but now a days there are a lot of alternative. we can use solar pannels or wind mills
